Non-Refundable Services

Please note that due to the nature of the services provided and the involvement of third-party institutions (universities, government agencies), refunds cannot be granted for:

  • Services already initiated or completed on your behalf (except as specified below).
  • Delays caused by the issuing institution or government agencies.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

Refundable Situations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following situations, subject to review:

  • Order cancellation before submission to the university: If you request to cancel your order before we have submitted your request to the university, a full refund will be issued.
  • Order cancellation after submission to the university: If you request to cancel your order after we have submitted your request to the university, a partial refund will be issued. This partial refund will deduct any university processing fees or administrative charges incurred on your behalf, which are non-refundable.
  • Our service failures: If we fail to deliver the requested documents due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect document delivered, failure to send to ECA or recipient), a full refund will be processed, or we will work to rectify the error at no additional cost to you.
